Terms of Sale
All goods supplied by Thomastown Bag Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 700 735 575, ABN 73 700 735 575), trading as Bag Solutions Partners, are supplied on our Terms of Sale. Goods supplied in Australia are governed by the Australian terms and goods supplied in New Zealand by the New Zealand terms.
The Terms of Sale apply to every quotation, order, and delivery and take priority over any terms in a customer's purchase order. A written supply agreement signed by both parties prevails over the Terms of Sale to the extent of any inconsistency. We may update the Terms of Sale on at least 30 days' written notice; updated terms apply only to orders placed after the notice period.
Existing Opal customers
From 1 October 2026, supply of bags and sacks formerly provided by Opal Bag Solutions is made by Bag Solutions Partners on these Terms of Sale. Any signed supply agreement that has been assigned or novated to us continues on its own terms.
